    HISTORY

Part 135 for 4500 hours of its airframe time. Exception maintenance and log are immaculate. Registered in Arizona from new until 2004 than in registered in Palm City, Florida until 2008 but based in Missouri all but 4 months. Corrosion is not a factor on this plane. Logs indicate repairs with factory new skins to lower fuseloge forward of station 00.0 due to possible off airport landing in 1997. Excellent repair by FAA Certified Repair Station. Nothing visible. No 337's nor NTSB reports on file. Engine and Prop overhauled since then. No Hail. All Logs since New. We own this aircraft and is hangared at our facility in Placerville, California. The 1981 C-182's and newer have a gross weight of 3100 lbs (1231.3 lbs. Useful Load), redesigned cabin door latches system with upper door latch pins, redesigned vents in wing root or better ventilation and sealing and redesigned fuel selector linkage improved for more positive feel. Best years to own. Better useful load than new C-182's.
